Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days. A card is required to start, but you pay $0 today. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
What plans are there?
Starter $79/mo (solo operator), Pro $149/mo (up to 5 users) and Crew $249/mo (unlimited users). Subscribe before January 1, 2027 for 50% off your first 12 months.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It's built phone-first. Add it to your home screen from Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android — no app store needed.
How do estimates work?
Add line items for roofing, gutters, siding or capping with the right units. Send the customer a link; they accept or decline online. When they accept, a draft contract is ready for you to review.
How does the language feature work?
Your crew can speak in Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and more — the app turns it into professional English estimates, invoices and job notes.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every list has a CSV export, and reports export to CSV and PDF. Your data is yours.
Is my data secure?
Each account can only access its own records. Photos are private, contractor tax IDs are encrypted and handled server-side only.
Can I have multiple users?
Pro includes up to 5 users and Crew is unlimited. There are no per-user fees on any plan.
Does it handle 1099s?
The app tracks contractor payments and prepares Copy B and reports. Filing with the IRS is done by you through IRIS or the official red form.
How do I cancel?
Anytime from Settings. Access continues to the end of your billing period, with no cancellation fees.
