Privacy Policy

When you sign up we collect your name, email address, phone number and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text).

Your company name, address, phone, website, logo, payer details and settings you enter.

Customers, leads, properties, jobs, estimates, contracts and notes you enter to run your business. This data belongs to you; we process it only to provide the service.

Invoices, payments, expenses, payment accounts, mileage and reports you record. We do not connect to your bank.

Job and property photos are stored privately and shown only through time-limited links. Customers see only photos you mark as visible to them.

Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Contractor tax IDs are encrypted, handled server-side only, and shown masked in the app.

AI features (briefing summaries, receipt scanning, marketing copy) use your own Anthropic API key, which is stored encrypted server-side. Only the information needed for the task is sent to Anthropic; marketing copy never includes street addresses or customer names.

When a customer signs a contract or change order we record their name, email, drawn signature, IP address and timestamp as an electronic record.

To show forecasts and suggest addresses, property locations are sent to third-party services (OpenWeatherMap and Mapbox). They receive only what's needed for the lookup.

Your data is stored with Supabase, protected so each account can only access its own records.

We never sell, rent or trade your data or your customers' data.

You can view, correct and export your data at any time — every list can be exported to CSV. You can ask us what we hold about you.

To delete your account and its data, email theflipledgerroofing@yahoo.com. We'll confirm once it's done.

The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app.
