Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and use the service for lawful business purposes. You're responsible for your account and anyone you give access to.

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Launch discounts apply for the stated period, after which the standard price applies.

Starting a subscription includes a 14-day free trial. A card is required at checkout, but you pay $0 today. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins paid billing after 14 days, with the applicable launch discount. Cancel anytime from Settings.

You can cancel anytime from Settings. See our Cancellation policy for details.

You own your data. We use it only to provide the service. You can export it to CSV at any time.

Don't use the service to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service or other users.

Signatures captured in the app are an electronic record (name, email, drawn signature, IP address and timestamp). We make no claim that they meet the requirements of any particular state or situation — confirm with your own attorney.

The app prepares Copy B and reports to help with 1099-NEC. Filing with the IRS is done by you through IRIS or the official red form. Nothing in the app is tax advice.

AI features use your own Anthropic API key and may produce inaccurate results. Review AI-generated content and scanned receipts before relying on them. Your use of Anthropic is also subject to their terms.

Weather information is a forecast from a third party, not a guarantee. Always use your own judgment about whether conditions are safe to work.

Insurance claim features are for record-keeping only. We are not a public adjuster and do not provide claims advocacy or legal advice.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Flip Ledger LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
